About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care and Support Specialist. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with learning disabilities and autism to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and housework.
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration.
  • Accompany clients on outings and activities, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with learning disabilities and autism is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Registration with the PVG scheme and SSSC is required.
