We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Airdrie. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering skilled works, conducting high-pressure water jetting, and assisting with remediation and general groundworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the depot in the delivery of skilled works, including high-pressure water jetting, clean-up of spills/fly tips, and other industrial services.
  • Take part in remediation and general groundworks, carrying out tank cleaning and decommissioning, and attending to spill response and industrial cleaning duties.
  • Conduct welding and fabrication, interceptor and storage tank installs, servicing, and inspections (including OFTEC).
  • Investigate and remediate issues with tank and interceptor vessels, pump and probe systems, and issue remedial reports.

About the Role:

As a Grounds Maintenance Specialist, you will have a strong background in operating in similar roles and environments. You will be able to work in an environment of change, dealing with emergency works, and have a flexible approach to working hours. A full clean UK driving license and the right to work in the UK are essential.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus enhanced overtime rates. You will also have the opportunity to work away for extended periods, including travel, hotel stays, and shift working.
