Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer - Security Systems Specialist to join our team in the London/Surrey area. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing security systems, including intruder alarms and basic CCTV, to the relevant industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.
- Service the appropriate devices, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials.
- Ensure your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritised correctly.
- Correctly complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates/BSIA Certificates or checklist as appropriate.
Requirements
- Experience within the Fire & Security industry.
- Driving license.
- Ability to lift and climb ladders.
- Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment.
