Job Summary
As a Service Engineer for our ADT brand, you'll be involved in servicing Security Systems, including CCTV and Access Control Systems. You'll work to industry standards, providing exceptional customer service with industry-leading technical knowledge. We're looking for engineers who can identify and rectify problems before they occur.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.
- Service the appropriate devices, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials.
- Ensure your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritized correctly.
- Correctly complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates/BSIA certificates or checklists as appropriate.
Requirements
- Experience within the Fire & Security industry.
- Driving license.
- Ability to lift and climb ladders.
- Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment.
