Cutting-Edge Biologist for Immuno-Oncology Innovation

We are seeking a highly skilled Biological Research Scientist to join our client's Protein Biology team in Oxford. As an integral member of this pioneering startup, you will be responsible for developing and executing analytical assays to characterize and screen therapeutic candidates.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of novel therapies targeting cancer-specific proteins through cutting-edge technologies such as bispecific T-cell engagers, adoptive cell therapies, and cancer vaccines.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and run biophysical and biochemical assays to generate high-quality data, ensuring informed decisions can be made during the drug development process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design experiments tailored to different phases of development.
- Maintain accurate records of laboratory procedures, data analysis, and results to ensure high standards of scientific integrity.
- Communicate experimental findings to stakeholders within the organization and work within set timelines to achieve project goals.
- Mentor and train team members on analytical techniques, supporting their growth and technical expertise.
