About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at ai4process. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts to help Pega sell license deals to new clients by framing and selling compelling consulting services proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to help Pega sell license deals to new clients across various industries.
  • Consulting Services Sales: Drive sales of consulting services solutions to both new and existing Pega and ai4process clients.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client organisations.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal ai4process teams and Pega's sales and partner teams to ensure alignment in sales strategies and client engagements.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the Pega ecosystem or a similar consulting and training environment.
  • Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth, strong understanding of Pega solutions, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
