Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Support Specialist to join our Supply Chain department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the procurement of goods and services, including researching and evaluating suppliers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate and manage the procurement process, including preparing and issuing purchase orders.
- Monitor and report on procurement metrics, including spend analysis and supplier performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in procurement or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
