About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care in the complex care setting. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will provide clinical oversight and guidance to the multidisciplinary team on shift, utilizing advanced clinical skills such as tracheostomy care and ventilator care. You will also be responsible for assisting with performance management of junior staff, following our organization's policies and procedures.
