Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional care in complex settings to lead our specialist service as a Senior Staff Nurse.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong clinical background, and the ability to provide guidance to junior staff members.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing clinical oversight and guidance to the multidisciplinary team
- Utilising advanced clinical skills in tracheostomy care and ventilator management
- Assisting with performance management of junior staff, adhering to organisational policies and procedures
