We are seeking an experienced Adult Nurse Manager to lead our community care team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organisation and making a real difference in the lives of our clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your clinical expertise and leadership skills to develop and implement innovative care solutions, collaborate with external partners, and drive organisational excellence. You will be responsible for designing and delivering bespoke care packages, building relationships with clients and their families, and ensuring that our community care services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to adult clients
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of our community care services
• Foster strong relationships with clients, their families, and external partners
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in community care

Requirements:
• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
• Proven experience in a senior nursing role, preferably in a community care setting
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners
• Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
