Job Description

We are seeking two enthusiastic and engaged Non-Executive Directors to join our Board, with a particular interest in fundraising, digital engagement, or capital building projects.

This non-executive voluntary role offers a rewarding opportunity to share your expertise and experience with a dynamic orchestra and contribute to decision making alongside talented musicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide strategic guidance and support to the RPO's leadership team
  • To contribute to the development of the RPO's overall strategy and business plans
  • To ensure effective governance and oversight of the RPO's activities
Requirements

Candidates should have a strong track record of achievement in their field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for the arts.

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
