About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Team Member to join our team at Thoresby Hall Hotel, a leading hospitality provider in the UK. As a Bar Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings to provide informed recommendations to guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills, including customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of respect and open communication.
