Ritz Recruitment is looking for a Retail Support Specialist to support our retail team. The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service, manage customer orders and queries, and maintain thorough product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster positive relationships with customers, providing responsive, polite, and prompt assistance.
- Effectively handle customer orders and queries, utilising strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Stay informed about products to effectively match customer needs with suitable products.
- Promote process enhancements to boost customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
- Verify accurate delivery details and ensure timely documentation processing.
- Address customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Erect visually appealing showroom displays, incorporating clear labelling and attractive product presentation.
- Manage customer requests promptly to meet delivery deadlines.
- Assume responsibilities for the Branch Manager or Assistant Manager in their absence.
