Senior Service Designer Opportunity

We are partnering with a Local Authority in Exeter to find a highly skilled Senior Service Designer for a 5-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension. If you have a passion for designing end-to-end services and delivering social value, please apply with your CV.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Senior Service Designer, you will work closely with the Data Provisioning team to design services that meet the needs of users and deliver the Met Office's goals.
  • You will be responsible for creating or changing products, data, content, and transactions across digital channels, working with Senior Product Managers and Programme Directors.
  • You will have a significant impact on complex services, ensuring they are user-centered and effective.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in community collaboration and digital perspective.

Important Notes:

  • You should be available to start immediately or at short notice.
  • You must have the right to work in the UK.
