Compensation: Competitive daily rate

Responsibilities:

  • As a Senior Service Designer within the Data Provisioning team, you will be responsible for designing the end-to-end journey of the service for acquiring data from the Met Office.
  • The service should be designed to help users achieve their goal of acquiring the data they need and deliver the Met Office's goal of creating social value and economic benefits.
  • In this role, your work will involve creating or modifying products, data content, and transactions across digital channels provided by internal and external systems.
  • You will work with Senior Product Managers, Programme Directors, and project boards to develop design concepts.
  • You will have responsibility for a range of complex services.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Community collaboration and engagement.
  • Digital perspective and expertise.

  • You should be available to start work immediately or at short notice.
  • You should have the right to work in the UK.
