Job Title: Principal Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Engineer to join our team at MWH Treatment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in providing superior quality engineering design services to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cost-effective design solutions that meet the requirements of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead the design and development of engineering projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design solutions are aligned with business objectives and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality engineering design services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our engineering design services and processes.
  • Contribute to the development of our engineering team, including mentoring and coaching junior engineers and providing feedback and guidance to help them grow and develop in their careers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a senior engineer or engineering manager in a similar industry or sector.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of engineering design principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and manage engineering projects and teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting business objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex engineering design issues.
