Job Title: Senior Service Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Designer to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. The successful candidate will work closely with a Local Authority in Exeter to assist with the appointment of a Senior Service Designer on a 5-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Senior Service Designer, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end services for acquiring data from the Met Office, ensuring seamless user experiences and delivering social value and economic benefits.
  • You will work with Senior Product Managers, Programme Directors, and project boards to develop design concepts and create or change products, data content, and transactions across digital channels.
  • Responsibility will span a range of complex services, requiring strong collaboration and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in community collaboration and digital perspective.

Important Notes:

  • Availability to start immediately or at short notice is essential.
  • Right to work in the UK is required.
