About the Role

Berry Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Designer to join our Data Provisioning team. As a Senior Service Designer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering exceptional user experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Senior Product Managers, Programme Directors, and project boards to develop design concepts that meet business objectives.
  • Lead the design of complex services, ensuring they are user-centered and meet organizational outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of design strategies and guidelines, promoting good user-centered design practice within the team.
  • Conduct and interpret evidence-based research to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in service design, with a focus on user-centered design principles.
  • Strong understanding of Agile working methodologies and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in service design.
