The Role

As a Duty Manager at North, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience from start to finish. This will involve managing the day-to-day operations of our venue, including supervising staff, managing customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience
* Supervise and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service
* Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all areas of the venue
* Manage customer complaints and feedback
* Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives
