About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic and dependable Sales Team Leader to join our team in London, OH. As a Sales Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
  • Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
  • Ring up sales in the computer, take cash/run credit cards.
  • Help restock the sales floor.
  • Keep the store neat and clean.
  • Teach others how to perform these tasks.
  • Lead the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
  • Make deposits at the bank.
  • Process freight and set up the sales floor as it arrives.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and personal transportation to make bank deposits.
  • Willing to open/close the store, sometimes working alone.
  • Able to stand and walk for long periods, kneel, twist, bend, climb a ladder, reach, stoop, and lift 25-50 pounds.
