Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN12-NMC) to join our team as a Senior Community Nurse Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a Community Nursing Team, ensuring the provision of high-quality nursing care to patients in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with GPs, other professionals, and statutory agencies to deliver individualised care to patients.
  • Manage a caseload and provide leadership to the community nursing team.
  • Work without direct supervision and provide guidance to junior staff members.

Requirements:

  • District nurse qualification, certificate, DiP, or Degree.
  • Current NMC Registration Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Nurse/Prescriber/Non-Medical Prescriber.
  • Evidence of professional up-dating.
