About the Role
BHRUT seeks a highly skilled Neonatal Qualified In Speciality Nurse to join our Neonatal Community team. As a Community Neonatal Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting the continuity of care for preterm and sick infants from hospital to community services. **Job Description**
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, developing, and implementing care plans in conjunction with family/carers. You will also use your specialist knowledge and experience to provide high-quality care and promote the continuity of care for preterm and sick infants. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and families.

**Person Specification**
* Essential qualifications: RN with current registration, Neonatal qualification, and Current Driving Licence
* Desirable skills: Counselling skills, Leadership/management courses
