Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at 83zero Limited. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our human resources functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate job postings, interview scheduling, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
  • HR Systems and Records: Manage employee data using HR software and process payroll changes accurately and efficiently.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Administer payroll, pensions, private medical insurance, and other benefits in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Provide support to managers with disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Learning and Development: Coordinate training and professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR Projects: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and process improvements to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR administrator or similar role.
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
