Plant-Based Business Growth Specialist

About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Senior Key Account Manager for Retail to lead our national accounts strategy, focusing on key retailers such as Tesco, Sainsburys, Waitrose, Ocado, and Wholefoods. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth, ensuring our brand's mission resonates with retail partners and consumers.
You'll be responsible for winning new business with target accounts, analyzing performance, negotiating terms, and championing our mission. Strong collaboration with marketing and CSR teams is essential to align sales strategies with our brand's vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive sales growth
- Monitor and analyze account performance to identify opportunities and risks
- Negotiate terms, promotions, and joint business plans with retail partners
- Champion La Vie's mission and values across retail channels
- Work closely with marketing and CSR teams to ensure aligned sales strategies
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record in senior account management, preferably in a mission-driven or FMCG business
- Excellent commercial acumen and ability to drive sales growth and profitability
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and market trends
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
