Site Manager

About the Role:
The Site Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Martlesham Primary Academy's facilities. This is a key position that requires a multi-skilled and adaptable individual who is passionate about site security, safety, maintenance, and housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate maintenance records and site risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Law and Fire Safety Law
- Lead a team of on-site contractors and motivate them to achieve excellent results
- Develop and implement a flexible 'solution-focused' approach to work
- Collaborate with the Trust's experts to provide specialist curriculum support and training
Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of facility management and DIY skills
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and diary entries
- Ability to maintain accurate records and site risk assessments
- Experience of managing and motivating a team
