Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at TiliaHomes. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage construction sites, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and control costs, approving payments to contractors and trades as necessary.
- Initiate and attend plot inspections, taking corrective action to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Facilitate communication with external parties, including warranty providers, local authorities, and utility companies.
- Direct and supervise the workforce, ensuring works are completed on time, to quality standards, and within budget.
- Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders or qualified to NVQ level 5 in Construction Management.
- Experience of construction and housebuilding, with knowledge of relevant legislative requirements.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Proficient IT skills, including Office, Word, Excel, and SMSTS certification.
