Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at TiliaHomes. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
- Ensure all quality and safety inspections are carried out in accordance with company guidelines and regulations.
- Monitor and control the cost of production, and approve payment to contractors and trades where appropriate.
- Facilitate communication and coordinate activities with external third-parties, such as warranty providers, local authorities, and utility companies.
- Maintain accurate records for the development, including staff inductions, health and safety, timesheets, incident reports, and quality control checklists.
- Direct and supervise the activity of the workforce, including subcontractors, to ensure works are completed on time, to the desired quality standards, and within budget.
- A member of the Chartered Institute of Builders and/or qualified to NVQ level 5 in Construction Management, or a time-served tradesman with considerable experience of the full range of construction trades.
- In-depth knowledge of all aspects of construction and housebuilding, and the relevant legislative requirements, such as Health and Safety, NHBC requirements, and Building Regulations.
- Leadership skills to ensure optimum delivery to the highest quality standards on site.
- SMSTS Certified.
- Ability to multi-task with good time management.
- Proficient IT skills – Office, Word, Excel.
- Full UK Driving licence.
