Construction Coordinator

Astute's Nuclear team is partnering with a respected Civil Engineering Company to recruit a Site Administrator for its Melton site.
This role offers a salary of £25,000, pension, and an initial 1-year fixed contract.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming calls and direct them to relevant personnel
- Oversee the maintenance of non-revisable records
- Create, upload, and scan site passes
- Process and transmit site documentation via the A-Site platform
- Coordinate contracts and liaise with contractors
- At least 2 years of administrative experience
- Previous experience in a similar capacity on a construction site
- Ability to start quickly on the project
- Excellent communication and numerical skills
- Organized and punctual
£25,000 per annum
1-year initial fixed term contract
