Job Summary

A highly skilled Foundation Fundraising Manager is required to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive fundraising strategy, focusing on major gifts from individuals, corporates, and trusts. This is a full-time hybrid-working role based in Oxford, with onsite parking available and excellent transport links.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to increase major gifts from individuals, corporates, and trusts.
  2. Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with donors, prospects, and key stakeholders.
  3. Managing a portfolio of major gift prospects, researching and preparing bespoke proposals.
  4. Monitoring and reporting on fundraising performance, providing regular updates to the Director of Development.
  5. Attending networking events and onsite visits to meet with prospects and donors.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in major gifts fundraising.
  • Excellent networking, relationship building, and presenting skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Fantastic team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible and proactive approach to work.
  • Strong IT and database skills.

The successful candidate can expect a salary of approximately £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including:
