Job Title: Remote Freight Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Freight Sales Professional to join our team at White Recruitment Construction. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads and building relationships with clients in the shipping industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage high-quality leads through B2B platforms, LinkedIn, and cold outreach.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, responding to inquiries and sending tailored proposals.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates and craft compelling proposals to secure new business.
- Increase brand visibility and generate leads through digital channels, including LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Participate in industry events to expand your professional network and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Provide solutions to shipment-related queries and maintain exceptional client satisfaction.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets, contributing to company growth and success.
About You:
- You have 2-3 years of experience in sales within shipping, freight forwarding, or customs clearance.
- You possess proven success in sales/business development and customer relationship management.
- You have knowledge of customs clearance and shipping documentation.
- You hold the right to work in the UK and are based in the UK.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of up to £33,000 plus bonus structure.
- Fully remote working arrangement.
