About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Restaurant Team Member to join our team at The Marine Hotel. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm welcome to our guests and ensure that they feel valued and cared for throughout their visit.
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and health and safety.
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure that our guests receive their food and drinks in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
