HR and Operations Assistant

We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR and Operations Assistant to join our team at Joyce Guiness Limited, supporting the effective management of staff absence and HR administration.
As an HR and Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating staff absences, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service to employees and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include ensuring that lesson cover is in place for all absences, maintaining rotas and templates for cover, keeping stakeholders updated on absences and cover requirements, day-to-day maintenance of the HR database, liaison with leavers and reference requests, photocopying, scanning, shredding, filing and archiving, assisting with staff recruitment and induction, and producing relevant HR correspondence.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and to tight deadlines
- Experience of working in a HR or administrative role
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum + benefits, depending on experience.
