About the Role
The Support Manager position at Shaw Trust requires a highly motivated and organised individual to manage a complex caseload of participants and empower them to achieve sustainable employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of participants to achieve employment goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers and community organisations
- Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to achieve KPIs and targets
- Provide exceptional time management and prioritisation skills to ensure effective caseload management
Requirements
- 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent qualifications
- Strong track record of working to targets and KPIs
- Experience in managing and progressing clients or customers to meet agreed goals and ambitions
- Knowledge of the local labour market
- Good IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software and previous experience of working with databases
