We are seeking a talented and ambitious Revenue Manager to join our dynamic Revenue Centre Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role

As a Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing revenue strategies to maximize room sales and occupancy
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and revenue decisions
  • Collaborating with the sales team to drive group business and negotiate contracts
  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date revenue data and reports
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to guests and colleagues
