We are seeking an experienced Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team at Visit Greenwich. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our portfolio of hotels and hostels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement and manage our revenue management system (RMS) to optimize pricing and revenue across all properties.
  2. Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  3. Collaborate with the reservations team and front-of-house staff to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue.
  4. Transform the reservations team into a digital-savvy communications team, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
