Job Description:

Belmont Recruitment is seeking an Alcohol and Substance Abuse Case Manager to join our team in Warwickshire, UK. This is a part-time position with an immediate start available.

About the Role:

  • Manage a caseload of prescribed clients with varying complexities, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement care plans that address individual client needs and risks.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) to discuss client progress, identify risks, and develop strategies to ensure client safety and achieve treatment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Regularly review client care in line with their needs and care plans, making adjustments as necessary.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in addiction recovery services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

  • Estimated salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum based on experience and location.
