Office Operations Coordinator

Workshop Recruitment is seeking a skilled Office Operations Coordinator to support our Office Manager in maintaining the efficient operation of our office. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to the Office Manager, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors
* Maintaining office facilities, including cleaning contracts, first aiders, and fire wardens
* Booking shipping requests for both UK and overseas locations
* Coordinating marketing material mail outs and product sample requests
* Filing and logging legal agreements
* Ordering office stationery and ensuring best value for money
Skills and Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
* A driver with own car would be ideal, although not essential if based in Petersfield
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
