Senior Training Advisor plays a crucial role in shaping International Location Safety's learning and development strategy, driving growth and efficiency within our training offering.

The ideal candidate possesses a formal qualification in adult learning approaches or significant demonstrable experience in adult learning/training design and delivery. Experience in structured curriculum development and learning cycles for adult learners from diverse cultures is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft packages and online project management systems is required.

This exciting opportunity includes designing, delivering, and managing training programmes globally, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing input to commercial proposals. Additionally, this role involves supporting the Risk Advisory team on risk management projects. Travel may be required to high-risk locations.

A competitive compensation package includes a starting salary of £42,500 - £47,500, generous annual bonus scheme, 36 days of annual leave, employer pension contributions, free access to psychological support services, flexible working hours, and Time Off In-Lieu policy.
