**Salary**: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

The **Training Specialist** will design training programs for current employees and new team members to prepare them for their new role. This role will also involve developing new training materials for clients to showcase their software and develop their help section so as to promote self-learning for clients.
- Review and audit current training documentation
- Prepare learning materials for programs, including process documents and training videos
- Further develop training materials for clients
- Develop classroom training for new starts
- Conduct surveys and ongoing tests to gauge the effectiveness of programs
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Conduct seminars, workshops and individual training sessions
- Ensure each team members training hours are recorded and fair across the team
- Maintain an up-to-date log of training schedules and documentation, ensuring accurate records for future reference
- Collaborate with managers / supervisors to assess training needs, schedule training sessions, and develop customised programs to meet specific requirements
- Design and develop innovative training programs for current employees and new team members, addressing skill gaps and ensuring effective onboarding
- Create engaging training materials, including process documents, training videos, and interactive modules, to facilitate learning and promote self-learning for clients
- Continuously evaluate employee performance to identify areas for additional training and improvement

- Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong instructional design skills, with the ability to develop engaging and effective training materials
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner
- Adaptability and flexibility to tailor training approaches to diverse audiences and learning styles
- Demonstrated patience and empathy in working with individuals at various skill levels
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple training programs simultaneously
- Knowledge of training evaluation methodologies and techniques to measure program effectiveness
- Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning tools
