Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Adult Mental Health Liaison Service, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.
The successful candidate will possess excellent assessment and risk management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, carers, and staff. You will work collaboratively with the team to provide comprehensive Bio-Psychosocial Assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to meet individual needs.
We offer a competitive salary of £37,338 - £44,962 per annum, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within our organisation. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and contribute to team meetings and discussions
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., RMN, Social Work, Occupational Therapy)
- Professional registration with the NMC or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
