Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality level 2 Homebuyers and Level 3 Full Building Surveys
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess building conditions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver comprehensive design solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements

  • MRICS or AssocRICS Qualification
  • Experience producing residential reports
  • Knowledge of building regulations and construction techniques
  • Building pathology skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good communication skills

Desirable Skills

  • Technical drawing and sketching skills
