Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our multi-disciplinary team in Bristol and Bath. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing level 2 Homebuyers and Level 3 Full Building Surveys, with opportunities to develop skills in party wall, defect analysis, CDM Principal Designer, and Contract Administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality residential reports
  • Conduct building surveys and structural surveys
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver projects
  • Develop skills in party wall, defect analysis, CDM Principal Designer, and Contract Administration

Requirements

  • MRICS or AssocRICS Qualification
  • Experience producing residential reports
  • Knowledge of building regulations and construction techniques
  • Building pathology skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
