WBC Group, a leading provider of surveying, structural engineering, and architectural design services, is seeking a highly skilled Residential Building Surveyor to join our multi-disciplinary team in Bristol and Bath offices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality level 2 Homebuyers and Level 3 Full Building Surveys, working closely with our clients to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate and comprehensive level 2 Homebuyers and Level 3 Full Building Surveys
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored survey solutions
- Work closely with our team to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction
- Develop and maintain expertise in building pathology, building regulations, and construction techniques
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve survey quality and efficiency
Requirements
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualification
- Experience producing residential reports
- Knowledge of residential building techniques and building regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Desirable Skills
- Technical drawing and sketching skills
- Knowledge of contract administration and CDM Principal Designer
