Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at WBC Group (WESTERN BUILDING CONSULTANTS LTD) in our Bristol and Bath offices. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for producing high-quality reports and providing expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production of Level 2 Homebuyers and Level 3 Full Building Surveys
  • Conducting site visits and inspections to assess building conditions
  • Providing expert advice to clients on building defects and repairs
  • Collaborating with other professionals to deliver comprehensive design solutions
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • MRICS or AssocRICS Qualification
  • Experience producing residential reports
  • Knowledge of building regulations and construction techniques
  • Building Pathology Skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively

Desirable Skills:

  • Technical Drawing/Sketching and Architectural Drawings skills
