**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Overseeing all aspects of CQC compliance, aiming for "Outstanding" ratings.
  • Developing strategies to meet and exceed budgeted care hours, fostering sustainable growth while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Implementing robust quality processes, conducting regular internal audits, and exceeding 96% success rates.
  • Leading recruitment, retention, and motivation efforts, fostering a positive, supportive work environment where your team thrives.
  • Securing a 95%+ client satisfaction rating through ongoing feedback and service reviews.

**Requirements:**

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Manager in a similar setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional care

**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, Weekend availability, In-person work

**Salary:** £35,616.00 - £42,000.00 per year, including a bonus scheme and performance bonus, plus benefits such as company events, company pension, and on-site parking.
