Lead Our Premium Care Organization to Success
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our premium care organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional care and have a proven track record of driving regulatory excellence and business growth.
About the Position
As our Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our care delivery, ensuring we consistently exceed client expectations. You will develop strategies to meet and exceed budgeted care hours, foster sustainable growth while maintaining exceptional quality.
Key Objectives
Drive outstanding CQC compliance, achieving 'Outstanding' ratings through expertise and best practice.
Foster a high-performing team through effective recruitment, retention, and motivation efforts, resulting in a positive work environment.
Prioritize client satisfaction through ongoing feedback and service reviews, securing 95%+ ratings and exceeding client needs.
Forge community connections through strong relationships with local partners, solidifying our organization as a leading provider of care services.
Deliver financial success through budgeted revenue and margin targets achievement while implementing cost-effective operational practices.
Requirements
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Manager in a similar setting
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for delivering exceptional care.
What We Offer
Estimated salary: £35,616.00-£42,000.00 per year, including bonus scheme and performance bonus
