- Drive Regulatory Excellence: Oversee all aspects of CQC compliance, aiming for "Outstanding" ratings.
- Fuel Business Growth: Develop strategies to meet and exceed budgeted care hours, fostering sustainable growth while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Champion Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality processes, conducting regular internal audits and exceeding 96% success rates.
- Build a High-Performing Team: Lead recruitment, retention, and motivation efforts, fostering a positive, supportive work environment where your team thrives.
- Prioritize Client Satisfaction: Secure a 95%+ client satisfaction rating through ongoing feedback and service reviews. Be a champion for their needs.
- Forge Community Connections: Build strong relationships with local partners, solidifying our organization as a leading provider of care services.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Manager in a similar setting
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional care
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, Weekend availability, In-person work
**Salary:** £35,616.00 - £42,000.00 per year, including a bonus scheme and performance bonus, plus benefits such as company events, company pension, and on-site parking.
