We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our premium care organization, driving regulatory excellence, business growth, and quality assurance. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, their families, and our staff.
About the Opportunity
As our Registered Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our care delivery, developing strategies to meet and exceed budgeted care hours while maintaining exceptional quality. You will drive outstanding CQC compliance, achieve 'Outstanding' ratings through expertise and best practice, and prioritize client satisfaction through ongoing feedback and service reviews.
Key Requirements
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Manager in a similar setting
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for delivering exceptional care.

Estimated salary: £35,616.00-£42,000.00 per year, including bonus scheme and performance bonus
