Your Role: As a Homecare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users with daily living activities, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Daily Living Activities: Assist service users with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encouraging Independence: Foster a supportive environment that encourages service users to develop skills and confidence in all aspects of daily life.
  • Community Engagement: Facilitate opportunities for service users to participate in social activities, connect with friends and family, and engage in community events.
  • Financial Management: Support service users with managing their finances, including budgeting, shopping, and bill payment.
  • Health and Wellbeing: Promote healthy lifestyles, provide emotional support, and assist with medication management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK Driving License: Possess a valid UK driving license and be able to drive a service vehicle.
