Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Homecare Operations Manager to join our team at Sama Care Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional to lead our home care operations, ensuring the highest standards of care for our service users.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing our home care services, implementing quality control systems, and supporting our care team in delivering exceptional care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and supervising the care team to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Implementing and maintaining quality control systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Liaising with care coordinators, quality managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conducting regular supervisions and performance reviews with care workers
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance care worker skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar role or within the healthcare sector
  • A good understanding of health and social care regulations and guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A willingness to undergo regular training and development opportunities
